They are made to eat ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐ก๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ because of the way their stomach works.
Grass can be hard for many animals to digest, but cows have a special stomach system that helps break it down. Inside their stomach are tiny helpers called ๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ. These microbes help turn grass into ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐.
Cows also have mouths made for grazing. They use their ๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, then press it against the hard spot in the top of their mouth and their bottom teeth to tear it off. That hard spot is where top front teeth would be, because ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐๐จ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐๐๐ญ๐ก.
After they swallow grass, cows often bring some of it back up and ๐๐ก๐๐ฐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ง. This is called ๐๐ก๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐, and it helps break the grass down even more.
