THROWBACK to one year ago today: First trip through the grand halls of the one and only Restaurant Depot. We were excited, nervous, full of hope and full of doubt all in one and yet a year later we have a profitable small business that fulfills our sense of entrepreneurship and the need to make hungry people happy! Our most common question: why the purple cat? EXACTLY! Thanks to everyone who’s helped along the way: the celebrity third employees, the regulars, the promoters and the quiet fans. Thrilled to say we will be continuing this journey! Our last scheduled is 4/18. Find yourself there, tell us why you love us, and help us share in the small biz success!

We are (kinda) sorry to say we SOLD OUT earlier than ever today but think it’s a great sign that the word is out! We are grateful for our repeat customers (some in the same day!) and exceeded our expectations. I guess a gorgeous day is the best day for English muffin pizzas! Thanks for trying out our crazy recipes and spreading the word. See you next month and for one final KP of the season!
