Every bite you’re looking at lived rent-free in my head before it ever touched a plate.

I don’t just cook…
I replay flavors.
I build textures.
I create moments.

My mind already knows what that crispy bite sounds like.

How that first bite is about to make you close your eyes.

By the time I actually make it, my taste buds are just catching up to the vision.

Jalapeño poppers… but I clearly wasn’t interested in playing by the rules. 😂

Stuffed with that creamy, cheesy goodness, coated in HOT FUNYUNS, then deep-fried until crunchy, and downright disrespectful; in the most amazing way.

And that cheese pull? EXCUSE ME. 🧀🔥
