Whether you've been showing for decades or you're entering your very first bird, the Pips 'n Chicks Virtual Show gives exhibitors the chance to have their animals evaluated by ABA and APA judges and get feedback. It's an educational experience that helps all of us become better breeders and exhibitors.

Because it's virtual, anyone can participate without the expense and logistics of traveling across the country. You can compete, learn, and interact with the community from wherever you are.

If you ever wonder what you can do about all the quail poo, give Sweet Rain Quail a follow! Excited to see the progress they make with their set up. BSFL are a passion of mine, and I too am building up my systems and closing the loop on our farm to provide our own home processed frass/ fertilizer.

Busy day yesterday, hubby was a trooper and did the bulk of the butchering. 67 quail all packaged up. We also did pickled eggs last week, and even more exciting news- we got to start moving into the quail barn! That is going to be an ongoing process as I still need to move the incubators and all of the supplies but for the most part the birds are in. What's on your spring to do list?
