Nova is a heifer yearling that we have welcomed onto our farm. She has been blessed with the good hair and long eyelashes gene! She brings a peaceful presence to the pasture and the herd with her calm nature. She loves quiet attention, often walking right up for a gentle scratch behind the ears or under the neck. Her easygoing temperament makes her a joy to be around. She is a true sweetheart and we are excited to continue to watch her grow and blossom. She will make beautiful babies one day!

•Meet Elmer

After I got Otis, I quickly realized he needed a buddy. We got Elmer as a calf and his goofy personality stole our hearts right away. We refer to him as our grass puppy because all he wants to do is run around the pasture (or should I say, his personal racetrack) and play tag with Otis. Otis plays along for awhile, before he gets back to doing what he does best: eating and lounging. Elmer loves to eat treats, but he is still learning how to lounge with his high energy. Elmer and Otis are the best of friends and are enjoying their life together on our patch of heaven.

Fun Fact: Elmer’s favorite treats are Fig Newton’s!
