A little peek inside my Sourdough Focaccia Art Workshop — where sourdough becomes our canvas and fresh herbs, vegetables and a little creativity turn it into edible art. 😋

There’s something so much fun about gathering around the table, getting our hands into the dough and watching everyone create a focaccia that is completely their own. No two designs are ever alike!

And of course, a MY Sourdough Bakehouse workshop wouldn’t be complete without some sourdough treats, good conversation and plenty of laughs along the way. 🥰

I love being able to order organic products from Azure Standard. They are a company that promotes wellness, from our body to farm life and everything in between! This recipe for a good old fashion pound cake may not be sourdough but boy is it delicious! Top it with some of my Organic Peach Butter or a dollop of fresh cream 🤤

This cake is moist and buttery. It has the dense texture of a pound cake but is so tender and delicious.

I've been using Janie's Mill flour for almost a year now. They not only have delicious organic flour but they are a local company that cares about their employees, community and their customers. I was fortunate to tour the facility and learn how they started and how they are GROWING! One thing I never expected when starting MY Sourdough Bakehouse was the relationships that would come from it 🥰

Yesterday I was invited to support the daughters of two of my longtime customers at their mock business event. One made all natural handmade soap bars and the others made organic dog treats and beautifully decorated rocks. I was SO proud of their setup!!
Today, they all came to visit me at the market!! ❤️
These kinds of moments mean more than people realize 🫶 it's what community looks like!!

We had an amazing time at the Lisle French Market this last Saturday, May 2nd!! Such a wonderful turnout despite the chilly start. We look forward to the 1st Saturday in July...should be warmer by then 🤞😉
