Happy Monday Meat Fam!
As you may already know, this past Friday the 28th was a huge day for me and BTSM! I had my official Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening.
The Mayor and other City officials came out to celebrate as well. I was given the opportunity to give a speech, which I believe I nervously stumbled through. I do remember ending it thanking two very special people, that without their help there would be no BTSM! My Wife, Pam and my employee of 4 years and one of my best friends, Matt C.
