INTRODUCING......

Jewel Cake

This is inspired by a friend of mine. She requested certain flavors and I came up with this Bundt cake with orange, ginger, cinnamon and cardamon flavors. It is brushed with an elderflower cordial and then covered in a simple vanilla marscapone glaze.

I can unveil it now, as she got her cake today, and this is the second to go out already. This is a delicious cake.
