About Zero Forks
Welcome to Zero Forks Food — where comfort meets street food and flavor meets family. We started out as TAR & Feather Concessions, and while the name has changed, the heart hasn’t. TAR still stands for Turner, Anderson, and Rigney—our family name, our legacy, and our drive. We’re a faith-forward, family-run food business built on small-town pride, big flavor, and the belief that food tastes better when it brings people together. That foundation became Zero Forks 1, our first trailer, where we still serve New York water-bath bagels straight from the Bronx, paninis, sliders, and breakfast sandwiches that fuel your day. But we didn’t stop there. Along came Zero Forks 2, a bold, neon Gen-X-inspired trailer serving up Italian-American comfort food—sliders, fried ravioli, mac bites, and the fan-favorite: Fried Spaghetti (Spagwich). Some recipes are born in test kitchens. Ours was born at the end of a long day. Crispy, cheesy, smoky spaghetti straight from our family table to yours—no forks required, just flavor. What We Serve
From Bronx bagels to Italian street eats, we’re proud to keep things simple, quick, and unforgettable:
🥯 Warm bagels and cream cheese or piled-high breakfast sandwiches
🌭 Italian hot dogs, sausage with peppers, and meatball sliders
🍝 Fried spaghetti (Spagwich), ravi-rollies, and Zero Italian sliders
🍟 Garlic parm fries, mozzarella sticks, and snack-worthy sides
🍩 Zeppole, cannoli, and desserts made to keep you coming back

Our Vibe
We’re Gen-X energy on wheels—a little retro neon, a little rebellious, and all heart. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast on the go, hanging at a ballgame, or hitting a festival, we’re here to fuel your day with food that’s fast, fun, and family-made. Our Mission
✅ Bring families and communities together over food that hits home
✅ Serve up unforgettable flavor with no shortcuts, no gimmicks
✅ Operate with faith, honesty, and hometown pride

📍 You’ll find Zero Forks 1 and Zero Forks 2 popping up at local events, fairs, and festivals across Middle Tennessee. Follow our page to see where we’ll be next—and remember: Zero Forks, Maximum Flavor.
