Welcome to Zero Forks Food — where comfort meets street food and flavor meets family. We started out as TAR & Feather Concessions, and while the name has changed, the heart hasn’t. TAR still stands for Turner, Anderson, and Rigney—our family name, our legacy, and our drive. We’re a faith-forward, family-run food business built on small-town pride, big flavor, and the belief that f
ood tastes better when it brings people together. That foundation became Zero Forks 1, our first trailer, where we still serve New York water-bath bagels straight from the Bronx, paninis, sliders, and breakfast sandwiches that fuel your day. But we didn’t stop there. Along came Zero Forks 2, a bold, neon Gen-X-inspired trailer serving up Italian-American comfort food—sliders, fried ravioli, mac bites, and the fan-favorite: Fried Spaghetti (Spagwich). Some recipes are born in test kitchens. Ours was born at the end of a long day. Crispy, cheesy, smoky spaghetti straight from our family table to yours—no forks required, just flavor. What We Serve
