We are getting close to the end of the 2026 Coqui Foodie Tours and our Last stop, is the 100th Birthday of the Portage County Fair Grounds - Rosholt, WI , 100 years is something to brag about for this amazing event. Every year I look forward to seeing my Vibin' in the Pines family, friends​, and Boriken Mart Foodie fans that followed us on our 2026 Coqui Foodie Tours, What an amazing weekend here at the pines! We want to send a massive thank you to Mitch and his beautiful wife team and crew alexie, Frankie and Chris 💕 love you guys, and everyone who stopped by to grab their favorite empanadas, island nachos, and fresh juices.
​I also want to give a huge shoutout to my fantastic fellow vendors cause the way to a persons heart is through their stomachs— Bart's Pizza Always remember to support your Local business Rosholt, I love his pizza slices soo dang good, and our new friends and crew from Stevens Point, Bobabes Bubble tea their amazing milk tea is what gave me faith to cook on with grace and discipline, and Astronaut's Delight and their pierogies when I was crashing and hungry for energy to feed the massives! It was so much fun working with all of you, and hopefully we'll see each other again next year.

As for us​ we are officially sold out here for today, Thank you all for helping us hit our 500k empanadas sold mark in our 10 year run so far, but who's counting, my POS. haha. No pun intended, but don't worry—this isn't goodbye for the season. Catch us next at the Rosholt Fair because you never know, life is to short, always live every day to the fullest like it's your last and spread the love! We'll see you all very soon 🎡✨
