This is longer than I wanted it to be! So, the gist is this.

In order to best steward my time and to truly keep this as a side passion project I need to reduce my roasting days to 1 day a week. When I open orders back up that will be Saturdays. If you place an order within the week it will be roasted on Saturday and sent out the Monday after.

Saturday = Roasting Days & Mondays = Shipping Days

I’ll also have fresh roasted coffee on hand for locals that have asked for this! More coffee coming soon! I appreciate you all so much!!
