I need your help.

I did a crazy thing: I entered a competition to be the next runway star.
I entered for a few reasons:

1. The votes help the Rise Charity; helping women who’ve survived sexual assault, get the help they need to RISE again.

2. Walking on a runway is something I’ve wanted to do since I was a little girl watching my big sister model

3. As a published author who is relatively unknown, this would give me the opportunity to network with many influential people.

4. 1 in 5 women suffer sexual assault in the US alone. Too many. Many do not get the help they need. Too Embarrassed or ashamed. This annual event benefits twofold.

Vote for me to support a worthy cause and help this momma walk the runway at New York’s fashion week.
