🍻 **Hop Quest Brewing Company – A Farewell Note** 🍻

Dear Hop Quest Family,

Eight years ago, we set out on an adventure, a quest, fueled by our passion for good beer, good food, and most importantly, good company. Today, we're writing to you with heavy hearts as we announce the closure of our beloved Hop Quest Brewing Company. Friday June 23rd will be our last day of operation.

When we first opened our doors, we had one goal in mind – to create an inclusive, friendly space where everyone could unwind, have fun, play games, and, of course, enjoy the finest beer accompanied by delightful food. Looking back, we believe we’ve done just that and more.

From unforgettable trivia nights to cheers shared with friends old and new, our brewery has been a canvas for priceless memories, a home away from home for our team and patrons alike. These stories, shared smiles, and bonds formed over clinked pint glasses have meant the world to us.

The support we've received from our regulars, who we now consider friends, has been immeasurable. It's been a privilege to be a part of your lives in the way we have been. Yet, despite all the love and warm cheers, we've reached a crossroads. Our journey has been unforgettable but also an uphill climb. We needed more foot traffic, more curious beer enthusiasts, and more newcomers to keep our dream alive.

As many of you know, the business of brewing is as complex as the beers we craft. The reality of operating a brewery means more than just pouring love and passion into every pint - it also requires a steady stream of customers walking through our doors.

We never anticipated the incredible community that would grow around our passion project. However, we understand that with a world full of choices for places to eat, drink, and be merry, we faced a fierce competition for your time and attention.

We are eternally grateful to our team, who have put their heart and soul into making Hop Quest Brewing Company a vibrant, welcoming hub. To our loyal customers, your enthusiasm and support have made this journey worthwhile.

Even though our journey is ending, the spirit of Hop Quest Brewing Company will always live on in the stories shared, friendships forged, and beers enjoyed. As we pour our final pints, we're left with a heart full of gratitude for the love and support we've received from each and every one of you.

Remember to always quest for good times, good company, and of course, good beer.

The beer is real!

Some people might say, “Hey, why brew beer? Isn’t there already a bunch of beer out there in the world today?” And the answer would be yes, yes there is... but what kind of beer is it? Is it beer produced by a giant beer company that cares more about sales than creating art you can drink? Craft beer is an art form. An art form that has finally started to be appreciated by the masses. Most domestic producers of beer today are creating beers that we were taught to believe were the beginning and end all of beer. But beer is so much more than a (forgive me for my frankness) it is so much more than a watered down Coors lite. Beer, like any other beverage, can have a full range of expression and nuance. We at Hop Quest Brewing believe, if you are going to drink a beer, that you deserve the right to enjoy that expression. This is not something new. Many great craft beer pioneers have gone to great lengths to move the industry toward one of expression and beer freedom. We are only looking to add ourselves to their ranks and offer craft beer in a market that few believed would be open to “Craft” beer. Often referred to as “weird” beer, we are challenging ourselves to help push the needle and support the beer revolution that is underway and gaining momentum each day. Our journey is just starting, we don’t have it all figured out (we probably never will) but we are going to strive to produce the best damn craft beer we can.
