Fall 2021

Another nice set of Angus calves we are weaning. We will be selecting a few to custom feed that will be ready early summer 2022. It takes a long time to raise healthy, natural beef.

These calves mama's were bred late spring of 2020, the calves made their appearance late
winter and early spring of 2021, and after weaning will now be turned out to graze and grow big and healthy before starting on feed. 🥩

These are some of the first calves from a select group of young Angus heifers that we chose to keep back for replacement cows - hence the name; first calf heifer calves or FCHC as we abbreviate it in our record books!
