Virginia soybean yields are projected to average 43 bushels per acre this fall, up 5 bpa from last year. If realized, this would be Virginia's third-highest soybean yield on record. The all-time record was set in 2021, with Virginia farmers bringing in an average of 46 bushels of soybeans per acre.

Over the past ten years, soybean yields in VA have averaged:
