💙😋🤤🥖 make this meal for yourself by shopping at Wimberly Farm & Ranch

Meal of the day and I must admit, it was sooooo yummy!!!

•Wimberlys ground beef - with homemade Mediterranean seasoning. (Very easy to make yourself!) Fresh rosemary (from the garden), garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano, basil, thyme, ginger powder, black pepper, pink Himalayan salt.
•White rice - cooked with Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Sicilian Olive Oil(we carry this at our store) lemon juice, pink Himalayan salt and whole black peppercorns.
•Mediterranean Style Pico de gallo (Natalie's version)- fresh red tomatoes, onion, cucumber, jalapeno (all fresh from the garden) and I added Kalamata Olives. Drizzled with the Sicilian Olive Oil, Bourbon Barrel Balsamic and Lime Balsalmic Vinegar.. with garlic, fresh ground black peppercorns and the same pink salt.
• homemade tzazitki sauce. (Out of Greek yogurt so opted for mayo with fresh dill, rosemary cucumber and garlic from the garden, along with lemon juice salt and pepper.)
• feta cheese
• Santino Sourdough Co. Jalapeno Cheese sourdough - my favorite, toasted ( available at our store)
• Fresh cucumber, onion and jalapeños for garnish.
• final drizzle of the Sicilian oil to finish.

Very satisfying and will leave you wanting a refill bowl.
