Cajun Peanuts with just the right amount of the Cajun spice we love!! The most unusual thing "Peanut" we have is BOILED PEANUTS, peanuts boiled in salt and water, for many hours till they are soft and tender. For those of you who don't know, boiled peanuts are a popular food in the deep South, once you leave Mississippi and cross the Alabama line you can buy these little morsels from roadside stands served up in brown paper bags and not just one or two places but EVERYWHERE, from Mississippi to the Carolina's. Definitely an acquired taste but those that love them, love them like a gift from the Garden of Eden, no longer forbidden! Jerry and I have been doing roasting peanuts for about 6 years. Roasted Peanuts have been such a blessing to us as we have met so many wonderful people, like you, and gained so many Vendor friends that are more like family to us than friends. One of our favorite events we do each year is the Bois D'Arc Bash in Commerce,TX
