I’m so excited to announce the grand opening of Butterfly Girl Apothecary, my first real entrance into the world after so much planning, creating, and pouring my heart and soul into all of this.

My botanical tea blends, my Seeds of Love practices, my glorious Hello Honey botanical infusion, tinctures, and herbs for sale are all things I’ve so much enjoyed creating and working with behind the scenes. This has been many years in the making.

It makes me so happy to finally bring this message of love, plants, presence, and possibility to those who may be in need of a little plant medicine magic.

For those who are interested, I’ll be at the Wichita Falls Farmers Market (on Austin Street) on Saturdays, sharing my love for these wonderful plants.

And for those who wish to know more, you can visit butterflygirlapothecary.com.

I’m so excited to meet all of those who share my love for living with more presence and intention, learning about plants, sharing a wonderful cup of herbal tea, and creating a beautiful, magical, plant based world together.♥️🌻🌷🌱

Today I gathered yarrow, snapdragon, Texas vervain, and evening primrose and placed them into spring water to create flower essences ☀️🌸

Flower essences are vibrational remedies made by allowing fresh blossoms to infuse their energetic imprint into water through sunlight. They work gently with the emotional and energetic body through repeated use and intention.

After solar infusing for 2–4 hours, the flowers are strained and the water is preserved with brandy or vegetable glycerin to create a mother essence.

The flowers I worked with today:

🌿 Yarrow — protection, boundaries, emotional resilience🌸 Snapdragon — confidence, joy, authentic expression💜 Texas Vervain — calming, soothing, restoration🌙 Evening Primrose — softness, trust, emotional nourishment

Flower essences are gentle reminders from nature helping us reconnect with qualities already within us 🌿✨

The Seeds of Love Embodiment Deck coming soon ✨

A ritual embodiment practice designed to help you gently remember the truth of who you really are.

Today’s seed is inspired by Jasmine ☁️🤍
Soft, luminous, romantic, calming, heart-opening.
A reminder that herbs are more than ingredients… they are experiences, feelings, memories, and invitations back into ourselves.

Herbs carry frequencies and every seed of love we plant within ourselves eventually blooms. 🌿
