Just fyi if there is ever a craft event with alcohol,
Iโ€™m down.

I had the chance to spend my evening at Sunset Soirรฉe over at Verdant Coven Plant Co., and it was so fun! Hosted by , the event brought together creativity, community, and some seriously good drinks.

It was my first time ordering from their adorable bar cart, and the Lavender Horizon was deliciously strong. The evening also included a fun craft where we got to decorate our own wine glasses, making it the perfect girlsโ€™ night out.

The Kitchen just started doing brunch! I went today and ordered the Chipotle Sunrise Bowl which ended up being this weekโ€™s favorite bite. Itโ€™s slow braised chipotle pork over breakfast potatoes w/ peppers, onions, Peruvian sauce, chipotle-lime crema, pico de gallo and egg. This was an unexpected hit. Their espresso marini was delicious and made w/ Il Primo Espresso Caffe. They brought out a fun gluten free option to try: their polenta Benedict, which was delicious and light. Will def be coming to try more of their brunch menu. You really canโ€™t go wrong here, whatever time of day. Love the warm and friendly staff.

I have tried their tiramisu latte, their banana cream matcha, and their Vietnamese coffee. All of them were amazing, but the tiramisu latte may be my new favorite latte in town. Words simply cannot do it justice.

I was a little slow to check out this new spot, but so glad I did. I love the plant store itโ€™s inside, Verdant Coven Plant Co. & all the earthy vibes.

Whatโ€™s your favorite tiramisu in town? Itโ€™s so dreamy. I love so many in town including the one Gabby's Catering ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ช. However Oven Lovinโ€™ Baked Goods is top tier.

Every 2 weeks Iโ€™ve been buying a whole tiramisu & selling slices at the library. I am able to get a slice fo free, like a greedy lil capitalist. Itโ€™s really a win for everyone. If you are at the Rockwell library tomorrow, cash me outside.

Donโ€™t sleep on this OG Thai restaurant. Thai Tradition in Carriage Parkway out east has consistently been serving some delicious food for more than 25 years. Itโ€™s one of the fancier Thai spots in town.

I recently went with Jullia โœจ and got their green โ€œgang kiew whanโ€ curry. My friendโ€™s fried catfish was honestly the unexpected star of the show, though. Oh, and the chicken satay and lil cucumber sauce were great.

Larcherโ€™s | Market of Wichitaโ€˜s โ€œsocial hourโ€ from 3 until close has an impressive food menu. I have now gotten their carne asada tacos, and their green chili burger sliders, and both were very good and something I would get again. Some of their happy menu items I still want to try are tuna poke and potato dippers. Their team never misses, and always excited to see what they have cooking.
