โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
Today I ran into โThe Elote Manโ & I asked him โwhat made you start your own businessโ To what he said after an accident, he lost his job and had to find a way to survive. So even in the cold, heโs out there working.
And today is Cinco de Mayo.
Some people say, โWhy eat tacos today? Mexicans donโt even celebrate it.โ
But the truth isโฆ weโre still out here. Working. Cooking. Serving.
Not for a holidayโbut for a living, for our families, for a better future.
I know Iโm not the only one. So many street vendors are out here every day, pushing through whatever comes their way.
And we feel it when you show up. When you support us. When you choose to spend your money with us.
In a country full of opportunity, that support means everything.
From the bottom of my heartโthank you for welcoming us, for supporting us, and for being part of our journey.
Happy Cinco de Mayo ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฏ
