We expect a longer line tomorrow but the weather should be wonderful! Remember I am one person prepping over 18 hours for this. My Partner in Crime, Bee will be taking payments and keeping you happy in line.

Please be aware the savory rolls are cold. You can take them to go and reheat like a leftover pizza, or you can grab a ticket and wait for us to toast it up! Wait times are approximately 8 minutes per roll. I did purchase a new toaster oven with more capacity. However, we have had power issues in the past! Keep this in mind as you give us your patience! See you in the morning!

Wish me luck as I continue burning the midnight oil for our biggest market day yet!
*bbq sauce is given as a side. Pickles, coleslaw or extra side of icing are 25 cent additional.

With a reputation like Station 8 BBQ, the interest for this weekend’s featured roll is - well , pretty high! Because I will have a limited quantity, I’ve decided to offer TWO Offenders a reservation for this Saturday! That means, as long as you show up before we close at 1pm, we will hold your bbq pork roll for you! So sleep in, take your time, and skip the line!

Also on the menu: Original Gangster and Strawberry Rhubarbarian Rolls.

📸 Whiplash Wednesday!

Here’s a little photo memory of the first time I did a bbq pork roll circa January 2023. This one had store bought meat that I doctored up. But with the addition of the best bbq in the region, this roll has now been elevated to death row status! Thank you to Station 8 BBQ for taking us to the next level. Escaped! The Station 8 Pulled Pork BBQ Roll is out and he’s hot!

The biggest collaboration we’ve ever had will straight send you. Station 8 BBQ hooked us up with their tender pulled pork and I’ve combined it with my roasted garlic and herb savory dough and bbq sauce. Brushed with honey butter, this is sure to be the best bbq roll you’ve ever have! Join us this Saturday, June 20th at the Old Town Farm & Art Market at 8am. My plan is 100 of these and my limit is *edit 2 per customer. Do the math, come early.
You will receive an extra side of bbq sauce and will have the option of a small side of homemade coleslaw or icing. 😈

Shoutout Sunday: Stillness

It takes a lot to get my attention some days, when I’m moving too fast and feeling overworked. Today, I got to slow down. So much in fact, that when I saw the purple pink sunset that makes me think of my best friend, I had to pull over for it. I got out and sat down.

I gave a moment to nature, and nature said “Quick, hold my beer!”

I’ve never been so close to a deer as to hear it chewing. Thank you nature for always bringing me back.
Sometimes, you just have to let it happen! ✨
