🐓 Derp Update! ❤️

Can you believe Derp is almost 1 year old?!

Our goofy Indio Gigante hatched with a cross beak, and while that means he needs a little extra help at mealtime, it certainly hasn’t slowed him down. He still gets his own special treats and feed away from the rest of the flock so he can eat at his own pace without everyone else trying to beat him to it. 🍉🌽

Watching him grow has been so rewarding. He’s proof that with a little extra care and a lot of love, a chicken with a cross beak can still live a happy, healthy life.

We’re so proud of our big, handsome guy and can’t wait to see what his second year brings! ❤️🐓

🚨 Father’s Day Confession! 🚨😂

So… for Father’s Day, I bought my husband two baby ducks. 🦆🦆

And by “bought them for my husband”… I mean I was Getting feed and saw them and he only said “no more chickens”🤷‍♀️🤣

Meet the newest members of the All Nine crew—Max and Fill!

💛 Max is the brown duckling sporting the most adorable little poofy afro.
🖤 Fill is the sleek all-black duckling.

My husband came up with the names after spotting the “MAX FILL” line on their little swimming pool, and I have to admit… it’s clever 😂💦

I think my husband was pretty happy with his Father’s Day gift… even if we all know I couldn’t leave the feed store without a new friend or 2 😇😂

Welcome to the All Nine family, Max and Fill! I have a feeling these two are going to keep us entertained for a long time❤️

🚨 Farmyard Power Couple Alert! 🚨

Everyone meet BB and his gorgeous leading lady, Blondie! 💛🐓

These two Lavender Marans are basically the farm’s version of a celebrity couple. BB struts around like he owns the place, while Blondie looks like she just stepped out of a poultry fashion magazine. ✨😂

Did you know?

🎨 Their stunning cream, lavender, and golden coloring makes them one of the prettiest chickens around.
🐔 No two Lavender Marans look exactly the same—each bird is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece!
👑 They may look fancy, but they’re known for being sweet and friendly flock members.
📸 They’re experts at posing for pictures… even when nobody asked them to!

Around here, BB spends his days showing off for Blondie, and honestly, she’s not impressed nearly as often as he thinks she should be. She would rather hang out with her humans and get snacks and pets🤣

🎉 Good news! BB and Blondie have been busy, and we now have Lavender Marans chicks available as well as hatching eggs! If you’ve been dreaming of adding these beautiful birds to your flock, now’s your chance!

Who else thinks Blondie deserves the title of Farm Queen? 👑💛
