Bulk beef day is right around the corner! If you follow along on our newsletter, you know that we are opening deposits for bulk beef on February 9, 2024. We will be shipping out orders in May. This is a great way to reserve what you want AND you help us plan our herd efficiently so we know exactly what we need to process.

We have some new faces here since our last bulk beef launch! Have you heard how you can become a W2 Wrangler? It's our cow sharing program that makes splitting up a whole cow EASY and hassle free. Plus, buying the whole cow is the best price per pound!

Then this is the program for you!

How it works:

1. Email ([email protected]), message us on facebook, or fill out the contact form on our website and say you are interested in being a W2 Wrangler and we will send you a private link via e-mail that you can share with friends and family.

2. Your group can select as many beef boxes as you want with a minimum of 8 boxes (at the whole beef price!).

3. Each whole beef is split into eight 50-55 pounds boxes and each person you invite can reserve as many boxes as they want. You still get a combination of steaks, ground beef, and roasts in each box.
40% Premium Ground Beef
35% Savory Cuts
25% Steaks

4. Boxes must be sold by the date provided and if at least 8 boxes aren't sold (AKA a whole beef), then we will have to cancel your orders.

5. Each box requires a deposit of $200 and the rest will be billed after cows are processed (1/8 beef=$200 deposit, 1/4 beef=$400 deposit, 1/2 beef=$800 deposit).
Example for 1/8 beef through the W2 Wrangler Program:
Total per share: $660
Deposit: $200 due to reserve
REMAINING DUE AT FULLFILLMENT: $460 Per share

Friends and family use the link to put their deposit in...meaning no extra work for you!

6. We will ship the boxes to each person who orders for FREE. This saves you the work of splitting up meat or collecting money.

7. Lay back and get a fun bevvy to reward yourself because you just helped get W2 beef into a lot of people's freezers! You are officially a W2 Wrangler!

8. The best part? When your order is shipped out, you will get 10 extra pounds of ground beef for being the W2 Wrangler! Yipeeee!

*Must sell a whole beef by the deadline

*You can sell over a whole beef, but we require a minimum of fulfilling one whole beef.

Tomorrow is the last day to get meat shipped before Christmas! I’m throwing in a sample of my favorite coffee and Chai in all orders that are going out tomorrow too. Yuuuum!

Need a fancy Christmas dish to use all that yummy ground beef for? These meatballs are a family tradition for Christmas with my side of the family. We have them for a lot of our holiday meals and it’s even more special knowing it’s a recipe from my Grandma Entz who is no longer with us. They are tasty and the homemade bbq sauce is 👌🏻They pair nicely with cheesy potatoes and all of your favorite Christmas jello salads. Also, this recipe comes out of an old church cook book so you know it’s good. 😉🎄

Double this recipe for a pan to use at your family gatherings and one to put in your deep freeze to bake later. These freeze nicely!

We have a lot of new faces around here! Hello!

We sold out of all of our steaks, roasts, and brisket! Kevin and I are blown away. We cannot wait for you to get your orders soon! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

We are shipping out all of last weeks orders today and just assessed our inventory. We have put together a bundle that is perfect for cold nights with some savory products. We only have EIGHT of these bundles. Just a reminder-After December 18, we will not ship out again until January 2. This is great chance to try our beef if you missed out on our bundles. Ships out December 11 FOR FREE!

We are a small operation and can only keep so much inventory. We will not restock until our spring herd is ready!

It has been a journey over here! Opened deposits in the fall, got our meat processed, picked it up this week, and shipped out preorders and new orders today. Now we have some inventory! Wahoo! I got tired just typing that because that is really just a small part of all we have been up to! Prepping boxes, responding to emails, marketing decisions, getting liners, etc…is a lot of work. But we are loving the chance to do something new and provide you and your family with a high quality product that you will love!

Never doubt a mom and her mini van. Nothing made me happier to pull up to the shop and open those sliding doors so Kevin could help me carry it all in. 🚗
