Beauties and the Beers Beauties & the Beers, the Wichita chapter of Barley's Angels, seeks to educate, encourage, and engage women who love craft beer.

Established in August 2013, Beauties and the Beers is a women-only craft beer enthusiasts club. Meeting every third Thursday at our home base River City Brewing Co., we explore the vast and ancient world of craft beer. Beauties and the Beers offers an opportunity for an often under-recognized segment of the craft beer drinking community to come together in an effort to share and expand our collect

ive knowledge. Each meeting consists of a sampling of beers with food pairings and a presentation/conversation based on the theme (style, region, brewery, etc) of the evening. All ladies are welcome from those just taking their first sips of craft beer to seasoned home brewsters to fanatical beer evangelists.
