🌼Spring is in the air! There’s nothing more that I love to do on a springy Saturday morning than watch episodes of The Pioneer Woman ☺️
OMG! Just look at this yummy, mushroomy greatness she has made! This is Phyllo Mushroom Bundles. 🍄 This takes about 40 minutes to prep and cook.
*Ingredients

1 package (1 Roll) Phyllo Dough
1 stick Unsalted Butter
4 c. Chopped Mushrooms
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 c. Dry White Wine
Salt To Taste
1/3 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese..........................................................................
*Directions

Melt 1/2 stick butter in a bowl. Set aside.

Melt 1/2 stick butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for 1 minutes. Pour in wine, stir to mix, and cook for five minutes, or until all liquid is cooked off. Turn off heat and set aside.

Unroll phyllo dough. Cut stack in half. Working quickly, place 1 sheet on a flat surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter. Repeat this until you have four to five sheets of phyllo. Do not brush top layer with butter.

Cut this buttered stack into four equal squares (rectangles). Place a spoonful of mushroom mixture in the middle of each square. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top of each mushroom.

Gather each square into a neat little bundle, pinching the neck so that it remains as closed as possible when it bakes. Place bundles on a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet, pressing lightly so that they're flat on the bottom.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

I came across this mushroom recipe while scrolling though Facebook. MUSHROOM RINGS!!!! Made from King Trumpet Musrooms!!!! YUMMY!!!!
🍄She didn't give the recipe, but here's how I would prepare them:
-Wash mushrooms and cut to circular shape
-Cut out middle of mushroom
- Dip mushrooms into wet batter
- Dip mushrooms into dry batter
- Repeat wet and dry batter dripping
-Fry until golden brown 🤤

🍄Hey There Mushroom Lovers❤️ Here’s a yummy mushroom recipe for you to try 🤗
Seared King Trumpet Mushrooms

Ingredients

6 large king oyster mushrooms, sliced 1-inch thick
1 cup vegetable broth, hot
2 tbsp white miso
1 tbsp soy sauce or gluten-free tamari
1-1/2 tsp seaweed or kelp granules
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
*With a vegetable brush, remove any dirt or debris from mushrooms and slice off the woody ends and mushrooms caps. Save the caps to use for another recipe like a stirfry.

*Slice the stems into 1 inch (2.5 cm) long pieces.

*In a large mixing bowl or Tupperware, whisk together hot vegetable broth, white miso, soy sauce or gluten-free tamari, kelp, and olive oil. Whisk until the miso has dissolved in the hot broth.

*Add the mushrooms and marinate for 15 mins to 2 hrs. Overnight is preferred.

*After your mushrooms have marinated, melt 1 tbsp vegan butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

*Working in batches, place marinated mushrooms, flat side down, and brown for 6-8 mins on each side. Set aside and keep warm.

Add it to your favorite sauce or pasta dish and enjoy 😉
