The water boil advisory in Wichita was due to a power outage at the water treatment facility. The new facility is going to be recycling wastewater and a similar situation could potentially contaminate your water with f***l e coli or any number of microbial threats.

I'll be out tomorrow discussing options for avoiding future shut downs due to water boil advisories with my customers. Give me a call if you'd like to make sure you're prepared.

Total transformation for this Classe 5. I had already done it once on this machine, decided to overdo it the second time. A Classe 5 with a stainless steel boiler is a rare find, this thing might be making coffee until the sun explodes.

Brand new Linea Classic S went in at Central Community Church today. They opted for the new cool touch steam wands and they're extremely impressive. Can't even feel the heat at all.

Little sneak peek of the slow progress on my latest restoration. You can gauge on the AV valve and level probe about what kind of condition it was in when I started. Putting fresh paint on the frame and polishing everything up because I'm hoping this one stays close to home.

Doing a pitcher rinser and Linea Mini R install today at Primetime Wichita Prime Time Barber Shop where you can get a haircut, your nails done, and a tattoo!

That reminds me, I do more than just espresso machines. I can handle most things a coffee shop might need, like cutting holes in your counters, addressing water and drainage issues, and servicing appliances.

Rancilio Classe 5 getting some love today. Lots of corrosion and common failures can be delayed or even avoided by keeping the inside of your machine clean.

Whether you need your espresso machine brought back to life, or are just getting ahead of the mess, give me a call today.

Knocking out some preventative maintenance on this PB and K30 setup today. The Linea PB is one of the most reliable espresso machines on the market. Next to good quality water, regular maintenance is the best thing you can do to preserve it's value and extends it's lifespan.

Schedule preventative maintenance with me to replace common wear parts, check shot volumes and test your water to catch problems before they occur.
