25-30% Savory Cuts-
Approximately 22-25lbs of the following: Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Arm Roast, Stew Meat, Cube Steaks, Brisket.
25% Homegrown Steaks -
Approximately 22-45lbs of the following: Filet Mignon, Ribeye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks along with the optional Flank Steak, Flat Iron, and Skirt Steak.
