Our standard cut option offers a variety of steaks and toasts as well as a hearty amount of beef; 30% steaks, 30% roasts and 40% burger + neck bones, shank steaks, etc.

All wrapped 2 steaks per pack! All labeled and frozen on pickup 🥩

This isn’t even CLOSE to what you’ll receive in your half or whole hog share, imagine all the possibilities over the next year as you pull whatever you need from your very own freezer. Not paying a cent while feeding your family delicious, healthy, pasture raised pork. We got you covered!

This is a description of what a #105 quarter beef looks like! Typically 30% steaks, 30% roast and 40% burger. 🥩🍔 (all for 9.45/lb)
Weights and quantities per quart vary on the size of the animal; we usually are more around 115-130lbs in a quarter. (We take your requests if it’s too much)

Bones 🦴 fat and organs 🫀are complimentary with each share purchase!

We charge ONLY for the meat you actually take home; packaged beef rather than hanging weights. Lucky you, we sometimes have 890lb hanging weights. Haha 😂

A quarter typically is packed into two large boxes when you pickup, a half into 4 and a whole usually into 6 boxes - these boxes average 90lbs each fully packed.
Don’t worry, our guys will load it all into your vehicle when you arrive!
