🍞 Our Fresh Milled Mini Chedder Sourdough makes the perfect pairing for soups 🍜

All of our baked goods are made from organic wheat berries that we grind in our stone mill directly before baking. This process ensures that you not only get a high fiber content, but vitamin E oils stay in tack, at their highest concentration!

We also use a variety of ancient grains - not just hard white wheat, for a richer flavor profile and more diverse nutritional profile.

🚫 No waste is a staple of the homesteading life & mindset - no matter where you are! Today we started working through the freezer...

🍲 Chicken Stock from freezer veggie scraps and chicken bones for a hearty stock we will pressure can for the shelf - we should get 6 - 12 finished quarts out of this run.

🦃 Bone Broth from the last of the turkey bones became 4 quarts of rich stock.

🦴 Bone Meal: all of the bones from our broths went onto drying in the oven so that we can grind them up and use them in the garden!
