What a beautiful sunset perfectly fitting for the first evening of October.

What are you most looking forward to in October?

We’ve been a little quiet around here this weekend. Sickness made its way through our house, so we’ve been resting, taking things slow, and letting everything else wait. 🤎

Today the rain seemed pretty fitting—a quiet day at home to rest and reset.

Hopefully we’re all back on our feet soon because I have some fun fall things planned for the homestead page that I can’t wait to share with you. 🍂

For now, we’re enjoying the sound of the rain and a much-needed slow day at home.

Did anyone else enjoy some cozy time at home this weekend? ☕️

Happy first day of fall, friends! 🧡

We are getting ready to remodel our master bedroom including adding in a slider that goes out onto our front deck. Walmart has a total vibe going on right now with their decor. If you love these pattern and color combinations and want to snag them yourself before they are gone I’ve linked my storefront here: https://walmrt.us/46rgJny

I’ve got two Cayuga ducklings left due to hatch in about a week. Let me know if you want them! They are a beautiful pure breed that’s friendly and has good egg production. $15.00 a piece.
