Tuesday, June 9th we will be partnering with Blu Lu BBQ for our second annual Tuscan BBQ! Get ready for another amazing night of a smoked meats, perfectly crafted pasta, and a creative collection of drinks to match 🍹

Nothing beats a killer homemade mustard from scratch. Took a quick trip to Costco for ingredients and, let's be real, you can't walk out of there without grabbing one of their absolutely gas pedal rotisserie chickens. 🍗🔥

Blackberry Daiquiri

2oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva 5oz Pasubio
1oz Lime Juice75oz Blackberry Syrup*
Dash of salt (or saline solution)

Shake
Double strain into chilled Coupe
Imbibe

*Syrup recipe
Blend berries and fine strain through siv
Heat strained puree over low heat and add equal weight in sugar stiring till all incorporated
When done, I added about a .5oz of Creme de Mure (or however much to taste on the amount of syrup made) and a splash of overproof rum to preserve it.

Anyone want a brisket at cost? 100$ for choice 125$ for prime. Ill get the nicest quality that is available. Smoke is tomorrow. Pick up or delivery on thurs am or fri afternoon. Looking to practice for my upcoming popup on my new kick ass smoker. Need to know by 4 pm.
