A Quick Note About Reviews

I normally don’t address individual reviews publicly, but I do want to clarify something for my customers.

My business policies, including my required deposit before an order is started, are clearly listed on my website and apply to everyone. In this particular situation, the customer did not want to send the required deposit and we went back and forth about it. Because we could not agree on the terms of the order, I made the decision not to move forward with the order.

The customer also requested delivery, which is an additional fee and is separate from the price of the order itself.

I completely understand that not everyone will agree with my policies, and that’s okay. However, I will always stand by the policies I have in place to protect my small business and ensure that orders are handled fairly and consistently for everyone.

I appreciate every customer who respects my policies and supports my small business. ❤️
