A little over fermented but still turned out great and delicious. I used the loaf pan method on one loaf and I love how it turned out. The flavors this time are: Jalapeño-bacon-white sharp cheddar, Jalapeño-white sharp cheddar, and Bacon-smoked cheddar. Sourdough mojo is coming back…yay!

I am sorry that I have been MIA for so long. Life has been incredibly busy. As most know, my son and I were in a car accident; even though we weren’t hurt (praise Jesus), the trauma from that was real and I needed to mentally recuperate. Though I haven’t been baking much, I am still selling my dehydrated starter. I have been focused on other exciting ventures as well. Family life has also kept me very busy. I am in the process of reviving my starter and hope to be back to baking soon. My sourdough mojo will be back, I promise😊

Update: We had Creamed Chipped Beef on Toast for supper. However, others do call it SOS. I grew up eating SOS but it was like a hamburger gravy on toast.
