Onni's Eggs Update:
Thanks to the many customers who ordered since Onni started selling her farm fresh eggs. Your business is appreciated!

Some sad news... A bear attacked in the summer and several of her flock perished. Dad took measures to re-fortify the coop. Tragically, Hungry, the rooster Onni raised from a chick, also recently crossed the rainbow bridge.

In addition to the few chicks recently hatched from the incubator, a new rooster has joined the feathered family. He was caught as a chick at the rodeo scramble by a Hopland lad and needed re-homing. We welcome Genghis Khan, named for his mostly red-orange appearance and for our hopes that he'll be prolific. ;)

Tis the season for chickens to molt. Coop population and egg production is low. Onni will suspend sales until after the New Year. Our family wishes you and yours safe, warm holidays!
