I've been working on this for a while now and finally decided to put it out.

Over the past few years I've spent a lot of time studying herbalism, completing my Master Herbalist and Advanced Master Herbalist training, building formulas, helping clients, growing herbs, and taking notes along the way.

I took a lot of what I've learned and put it into a 74-page reference guide called:
