A little bit about us:
Cheryl and Aileen have been best friends for over 30 years. Now that they live close to one another, where you see one, you will typically see the other. This is especially true at local vendor events, whether Aileen is participating as a vendor with her side business or they are attending as guests/customers to support their many vendor friends and other small businesses. One of those special friends dubbed Cheryl and Aileen "Thelma & Louise" a few years back, and it has stuck.
How T&L Guilt-Free Goodies came about:
Cheryl and Aileen are both Type II diabetics. Although one can usually find yummy snacks and treats at the vendor events, Cheryl noticed that finding a healthier alternative of sugar-free, low sugar, or keto snacks is nearly impossible. Soooo we decided to join forces as just a fun hobby to provide healthier snack options at events that we are attending, including monthly quarter auctions and other events.
T&L Guilt-Free Goodies in a nutshell:
We aren't a bakery. We are not building a business or taking custom orders for anything. We are just going to select two to three yummy sounding recipes per event to offer guests and customers including cookies, bars, savory snacks - whatever mood strikes us that day!

We accept Paypal, Zelle, Square, Venmo, and cash at this time.
