I'm a chef with a mission to change how and what people eat. Food plays a big part of our everyday lives and in case you haven't noticed it's usually the center of attention. What's a party or a meeting without food? A little about myself... Since 5th grade I've always known I wanted to work with food and follow in the footsteps of my grandmother who was a great cook. Her cooking gathered family a
nd friends together. I come from a family that loves food and impressively most of us can make a pretty tasty meal. Growing up in Cairo, Egypt I was exposed to a totally different culture. I always ate fresh food and I never had allergies. When I moved to the States at age 11, I noticed I started to feel really sick and developed many intolerances and allergies. The chemicals, dyes, preservatives and pesticides used in our foods were the cause of all my health troubles. My mission is to change that… I want to show people that food at its purest is our medicine. At age 19 I graduated from Boston Universities Culinary Program. It gave me an opportunity to meet and work with some of Boston's top chefs and I couldn't be more thankful. I am offering services for private events and catering. I am also offering prepped foods for families who might not have the time to cook or might not like to cook. Please join me in this food movement and lets start our journey to a healthier lifestyle.
