It is with heavy heart that I must let all you wonderful cookie friends know that, starting today, I will be unable to take any more cookie orders for awhile. I've been battling PVD (posterior vitreous detachment). It's when the vitreous of the eye pulls away from the retina, in my case it's causing severe retina tears which are requiring laser surgery to help prevent blindness. As a result, my vision is being compromised. Once it's stabilized, then surgery to "clean-up" all the floating "junk" the detachment has caused. With God's help, we're praying I should be back in full baking mode by Halloween 2020 (if not sooner). I thank you all for your patronage. We truly wish each and everyone a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a very Blessed New Year.
