Sourdough detectives activate! 🕵️🫆

I’m at a loss for words with miss Charlotte. 😔
This is the second time this year she has acted up on me and I need some type of understanding. 👏

My ONLY explanation is the fact that it rained today and atmospheric pressure change! She was fed at 1:00pm at a 1:4:4 ratio. It is 72degrees in my house and it is now 11:03pm with no sign of rising! 😩 By now, she would be halfway up the jar or almost to the top!

We are set to open this weekend but she is just not having it! If she isn’t showing signs of life before tomorrow evening. I will have to close this weekend and refund pre-orders 😔 Y’all pray for miss Charlotte!
