On Saturday, I donated the bread that didn’t sell at the Wi******er/Clark County Farmers' Market to Glean Kentucky, where it will be shared with people who need it.

On Sunday, I learned about the Old Testament practice of gleaning where farmers were commanded not to make a second pass through their fields, but to leave what remained for the poor and the stranger.

I couldn’t help but smile at the timing. Thousands of years apart, but the principle is the same: when we’re blessed with more than we need, there’s joy in making sure it doesn’t go to waste and can instead bless someone else.

I have Snickerdoodle Muffin mix today!!!!! As well as the customer favorite Strawberry White Chocolate Sourdough, which is delicious as French toast. Come see all the amazing vendors on Depot st. We’ll be here till noon.

🧁 Crust & Clover Test Kitchen

I’m working on a new muffin mix and need a few taste testers! You’ll get an early version to bake at home and tell me:

• Were the instructions easy?
• Did your family like them?
• Would you purchase this if you were at a store?
• What flavor should come next?

The only catch is I need you to bake these and give me feedback by June 4th! The first 10 people to message me will be on the Crust & Clover Research and Development team!

One of my favorite things to do with a mini loaf is make a fancy sandwich! I toast it for a minute or two in the air fryer and make sure to add cucumbers to make it ✨fancy✨
