OGz Its Hot Established January 2026, in Winchester, TN, we bottle and ship small-batch vinegars and hot sauces. Habanero is our primary heat source.

Flavor profiles include tree fruits, berries, and natural sweets like honey, maple, and cane.

We've had great success testing various processes, equipment and recipes! As of now, everything OGz Its Hot is on hold until at least Mid July 26. Then the process of getting the required certificates, permits, facilities and equipment will just begin coming together. Until then we'll post some sightseeing pics here and be in touch when we return. See you all later!

We are currently small batch and produce a wide variety of vinegars including blueberry, mango, maple, peach, pear, pineapple, raisin, and strawberry. Other flavors and aromas can be special ordered in 4-gallon increments with a deposit for pickup or a fee for local deliver to (middle TN, Northeast Alabama, and Northwest GA.

Our production schedule is currently paused and will resume for 30 days beginning late May 2026 and resume again in mid-July.

Welcome to OGz, a new LLC in Wi******er, TN. Our goal is to source equipment and ingredients from our community whenever possible. If you grow habanero, poblano or serrano peppers, garlic, onoin, we'd love to hear from you. We will also be looking for fruits and berries as most of out products will be delicious sweet heat!
