Good Evening to you fine People!

Nightmare on Broad Street is right around the corner and ya cant trick or treat on an empty stomach. That's where we step in to give you and your kids the Halloween Hot Dog fuel to keep you marching through the night :-). This special dog is a Treat and a Trick. The treat is that the Franken-Weenie is a fun colored green mac & cheese covered dog. Spinach and broccoli cooked into the cheese sauce is what makes it green instead of a food dye (dont worry, it's cheesy enough that the kids wont notice). That's the Trick, your kids can get their dinner with vegetables without the fight 🤣. No worries if you don't want the special, we will still have all the regular staples including the Secret Recipe Chili to warm you up on that cool evening.

The Where and When

We will be set up on the corner of Elm St and Broad St Windsor, CT (Pictured Below)

Thursday October 29th, 2026 from 430pm-730pm

We will also be handing out candy for anyone walking by whether you get a dog or not.

We can't wait to see you all there!

Good Morning Hot Dog People!

We will be out at the Hot Rod Hootenanny Car Show in Marlborough at The Farm at Carter Hill tomorrow. Come see some sweet pre 1965 cars and have a hotdog or 3 while you stroll through and check them out. Weather is supposed to be nice and the foliage out there is great, so get yourself a nice Saturday in before we hit the snow months :-) . We will be parked in the same spot as last year (in pictures). We hope to see you all there!

Good Morning Everyone!

The success of our Business is because of each and every one of You and We recognize that fact. So when we see the community looking for help in return, we will do everything we can to return that kindness.

As some of you may know, budget cuts to the Windsor Public School system have affected the Sports teams and have caused a "Pay to Play" situation for the kids. It costs upwards of $120 per kid, per sport. Sports are vital for growth and experience in life and the burden of payment should not rest on these kids...no child left behind. In an effort to help offset the cost and help foot the bill, Ace Hardware will be running a raffle for a Blackstone Griddle that will have the ticket sales going to this donation and Savelli's Catering will be donating 20% of our Gross Sales to this cause on top of that. So the more dogs we sell, the more money goes to the kids.

The money will be donated to the Windsor Rotary Club who will write a check to Windsor High School. The check will be made to fund these kids, so your dollars spent will directly help these children for the intended purpose.

We will bring 200 Hot Dogs that we hope to sell them out to make more money for the kids.

In light of the grill being raffled and it being the end of summer, we will do a Special Hot Dog for the day. We will name this

"Back to School BBQ Dog"

The dog will have BBQ pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and coleslaw on it for $8.

The regular menu dogs will also be in tow for their $6 & $7 prices.

We hope to see you all there so we can get this done for the kids!

This Event has been POSTPONED to 6/25/2026

******UPDATE*****

Good Evening Folks,

Due to the bun supplier falling through today from a delivery mix up, we will not be at Northwest Park tomorrow.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you as we know you all wanted to try out the Buffalo Barnyard Dog. As disappointing as it may be and as hard of a decision as it was to cancel, we simply cannot sacrifice our quality to attempt to make a buck. We stand behind our dogs because of the care, effort, thought, and quality we bring to the table. We hope you all understand.

However, (weather pending) we will be at the Concert on the Green in Windsor Center on 6/25/2026 from 5pm-8pm to bring you all that wonderful special.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding, we appreciate you all.

~Sam

Good Morning to all of you fine Folks!
It has been a long, wet, and cold Winter/Spring so far. It looks like we are on the upswing for warmer weather and sunnier skies! It's later of an opening than usual for us, but we will have our Opening Day this year at the Shad Derby! We were able to get into a Food Truck spot street side this year, so keep an eye out for us. We will be on Broad Street touching the curb line with our trailer under the red tent (we wont be attached to the fire truck). So come see us to get those Hot Dogs that you've been missing for the last 6 months. Those all beef natural casing Sabretts with the butter grilled bun with all usual toppings in tow. Next Saturday the weather is looking great and we're hoping it stays that way. We can't wait to feed everyone, we'll see you all soon!

When: Saturday May 16, 2026
Where: Windsor, CT Town Center (Type in 281 Broad St Windsor, CT 06095)

For you out of Towners that don't know, the Shad Derby is a Windsor Festival that blocks off all the road so you will have to find parking on another street and walk in to get to us.
