First gin batch of 2026 is underway.

Before distillation, our botanical blend is added to the spirit for a soak. This step gives the botanicals time to release their oils, aromatics, and flavor compounds into the base before it moves through the still.

For gin, juniper is the required botanical, but the final profile comes from how all the botanicals work together.

We'll be offering complementary tastings of our spirits, including our collaboration brandy made from Shade Mountain Riesling, and bottles for sale.

We'll have be making two signature cocktails for purchase, the Grape Blossom and the Confluence Spritz, featuring our collab brandy, plus a new cocktail using one of our favorite seasonal ingredients 👀

Potatoes create a spirit with more texture, a softer finish, and just enough character to stand on its own, while still letting botanicals shine in our gin.

Penns Creek flows through Central PA, and this bend is located on our property. It is a section of the creek we've spent a lot of time on- for kayaking, summer BBQs, and even a wedding or two.
