We are loving the Garden Mint for summer.

1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 lime
Handful of mint
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz gin

Muddle all ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a tall glass with ice.

Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint!

Well, that was fun.

Our first Patio Night at Ripple Creek was such a success, and we’re feeling very grateful for everyone who came out, grabbed a drink, enjoyed some BBQ, stayed for the fireworks, and helped make the patio feel alive.

We’re already brainstorming something fun for our next one, so stay tuned. We have a feeling this is just the beginning.

First gin batch of 2026 is underway.

Before distillation, our botanical blend is added to the spirit for a soak. This step gives the botanicals time to release their oils, aromatics, and flavor compounds into the base before it moves through the still.

For gin, juniper is the required botanical, but the final profile comes from how all the botanicals work together.
