Mike's dam is one of my favorites and was only sold because I kept 2 does and this buck from her. I had Mike's dam on milk test and she earned her production star. His sire also has his *B.

Mike has 2 full sisters here who are also gorgeous. They were first fresheners this year and have well attached udders and perfectly placed teats. I can't wait to see their 2nd freshening udders this coming spring. I have also retained one of Mike's nephews.

Both of Mike's parents placed well in live and virtual shows. Mike will be shown next year. I took this year off.

You can see that Mike is truly a "mini" Nubian. I am trying to keep my goats smaller and easy-to-handle.

If you're looking to add well attached udders, nicely placed, easy-to-milk teats, milk and show potential to your herd, and maybe even bring down size, you might want to consider using Mike with a doe or 2.

Breeding season is already starting here. Today Willoughby Croft HF Beautiful Dream was in full heat and since she's still looking for a new farm I thought I would let her have a date with my fancy moon spotted *B buck. She is now being "discussed" as having been exposed (he's been hitting her hard. 😜) and presumed bred. I honestly have NEVER confirmed pregnancies and guess what? They are always bred. She gave me buck/doe twins this year.

There are some great genetics in this pairing. Dream is the daughter of Ginger, a gorgeous full Nubian who appraised well and has her 2*M.

Mike's dam is Dot, who showed well and has her milk star. Mike's sire is Blue Cypress who has his *B.

There is so much show and milk potential in this pairing PLUS the possibility of moon spotted kids.

OMG. My heart is breaking.
Mysti left today. On the one hand I know she is going to where she'll receive a lot of love, but after having her in my herd for 3 years it is so difficult to say good-bye. They all take a chunk of your heart with them.

That said, I still have quite a few more goats who are looking for new herds. One will be leaving this weekend. But we have a gorgeous bred Nubian and 4 Mini Nubians ready to go.

Breeding season is upon us. do you need to add some does?

***UPDATE: Based on feedback I'm getting, yes, there is interest.

MINIATURE GUERNSEYS? ANYONE BREEDING THEM? ANY INTEREST IN 2027 KIDS?

Throwing this out there to gauge interest. I'm toying with the idea of breeding my FF Guernseys to a Nigerian their first time, for smaller kids/easier births. I am a member of MDGA and will be able to register the offspring as F1 Mini Guernseys. But is there any interest? I don't see that MDGA has many Mini Guernsey breeders. I found TWO.

I do have an excellent (I mean superior) quality gold color Nigerian buck I could use as the sire. He has his *B and every goat in his immediate pedigree have their stars.

All of my dams are on milk test yearly.

Kids will be located in Winlock, WA. I prefer the buyers take them as 2-week-old bottle babies. I also prefer the buyers pick up. I'm not a fan of putting goats on transport.

If I move forward with this, I will be breeding 2 does and would want deposits placed.

This is a repeat breeding that gave me triplets in 2026. The bucklings will have their *B's.
