The portable piggy palace was put in place today. This shelter will provide the pigs with more shade and area to get out of the rain. It is positioned so that the two partially enclosed sides will catch most of the wind and rain. When the weather turns colder, we’ll put bedding in it and close it in more to allow the pigs to have a place to stay warm and dry. . . .

Our little farm grew by 5 little piglets yesterday! Hazel loves them!

We had our number 1 helper out with us today while we were feeding. We are very thankful to be able to bring her up on a farm, around animals. We are also very thankful that there’s no place she’d rather be than on the farm.

Bobby, Nellie, Charlotte, and Ruby lined up in order of size for me today. There’s absolutely zero importance to this. I just thought it was cute.
