D&K Seed & Vegetable Farm We wanted to provide a hand up, not a handout to the hero’s in our communities. Dan is a Vietnam Veteran and the Owner/Operator of D & K Vegetable Seed Farm.

In 2023, we started a family owned Vegetable Seed Farm to provide farm fresh vegetables, we are looking to recruit Veterans and Law Enforcement for Growers/ entrepreneurs . Prior to starting D & K he had a heart attack followed by a triple bypass surgery and a year later developed congestive heart failure.and ultimately a successful heart transplant. We wanted to provide a hand up not a handout to the Heroes in our communities. Seed growing is a perfect business because it requires minimal investment, flexible
hours, and is great therapy for those trying to overcome PTSD and other issues,
Seed Growing is a simple business in the sense that it can be as simple as grow
vegetable seeds in pots on the porch, raised beds, or using their farmland.
