Winnsboro Wednesday… our last one (for now) 💚

Tomorrow will be our final Wednesday set up at Winnsboro State Bank, and I just want to say thank you. Truly. The love and support y’all have shown The Salad Silo means more than I could ever put into words. I couldn’t have done this without every single one of you.

I’ve recently been given an opportunity to better support my family, and that’s something I can’t pass up. But this isn’t goodbye for good. We still have a full lineup of festivals booked, and I’m hoping to see all of your familiar faces there.

I’m not exactly sure what the future holds for The Salad Silo, but I do know this… a piece of my heart will always belong to it… and to all of you who stood at that window week after week just to chit chat and grab lunch.

So tomorrow isn’t goodbye… it’s just a “see you later.”

We’re so sorry, but The Salad Silo won’t be open today due to something unexpected that came up. We hate missing you just as much as you hate missing your favorite salads! 🥗

Don’t worry though, we promise to make it up to you next Wednesday with all your favorites ready to go! We can’t wait to see you then and serve you something fresh and delicious.
