Welcome home, Strawberry Shortcake!

This week for the Winnsboro Cottage Bakery Market I had the pleasure of baking some favorites! I’m featuring a Reese’s PB and Oreo cheesecake minis this week, as well as a Cinnamon Roll cheesecake for my fall feature.

If you’re a returning member or just coming in, you can join me and the three other wonderful bakers every Saturday from 10-12pm at 301 W. Liberty st in Winnsboro for fresh baked goods!

Included below is also a custom order I had for this weekend, a beautiful Strawberry shortcake cheesecake I made in a full size and 4 inch version.

It’s been a bit, but here’s some new stuff for fall!

Pictured below is a pre-baked caramel apple cheesecake, a red velvet slide with cream cheese whipped cream, a new personal favorite of a maple bacon and a mini 4 in vanilla cheesecake!

I’m delighted to present our selection of cheesecakes at the Winnsboro Cottage Bakery Market! Today, we feature a delectable triple berry cheesecake adorned with a triple berry glaze, available by the slice. Additionally, I’m offering cosmic brownie minis, each with a brownie crust, and our irresistible cookie dough cheesecake, complete with a chocolate chip cookie crust and a piece of ready-to-eat dough on top. The beautiful cheesecakes and minis that are going out tomorrow for the Winnsboro Cottage Bakery Market!
This week I featured two minis: a maple bacon—a maple flavored cheesecake with maple whipped cream and candied bacon crumbles— and a white chocolate raspberry mini—a white chocolate cheesecake with a raspberry swirl, topped with whipped cream and a raspberry drizzle!
For our slices this week I made a beautiful tiramisu with amaretto flavoring in the cheesecake, topped with a mascarpone whipped cream and soaked lady fingers! I also brought a new twist to our lemon blueberry cheesecake—a lemon cheesecake with blueberries baked into the batter, topped with a blueberry glaze and a dollop of whipped cream!

Here are the most recent cheesecakes I’ve made in the last couple weeks!

Pictured below is a set of caramel apple minis, Oreo minis, white chocolate raspberry and a new addition of a maple mini! I also made a whole Oreo and a wonderful trial carrot cake cheesecake!

A classic favorite featured again with our Raspberry Cheesecake slice! I also made a Dark Chocolate Cherry in slices, with a Turtle and Key Lime Pie cheesecake minis!
