Got some leftover chicken? Don't let it go to waste! This chicken salad came together by accident and turned out so good with stuff i already had in the fridge so I had to share it. 😋

Ingredients:
seasoned cooked whole chicken (the kind you cook yourself), chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 fresh jalapeño, finely diced (more if you like heat)
Duke's and Hellmann's mayo (Gotta use the right ones now miracle whip aint gonna cut it 😅)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
sweet pickle cubes, I only added a few
dried cranberries because I like a little sweet without adding sugar
Black pepper

Directions:
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Add green pepper, green onions, jalapeño, sweet pickles, and cranberries.
Stir in mayo, Dijon mustard, and ranch dressing.
Mix until everything is well coated.
Season with black pepper
Chill for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately!
Now before you ask where the other seasonings remember I said cook your own chicken and season that baby until your ancestors say stop and you wont need no extra seasonings. And if your ancestors dont speak to you call me I'll make you some 😅🤣😂
