The rain should move out soon. Stop by Gathering in the Gap and get some delicious pizza from our friends at Engine 343's Wood Fired Brick Oven Pizza and Shamrock & Thistle Pub Truck in Big Stone Gap. Also, you can find both of our trucks in Clintwood this Monday at the Main St. Food Truck Rodeo from 5pm-9pm. The first 120 veterans and first responders receive a free $10 voucher towards the purchase from any of the food trucks there. Check out their page for more info. We will have tents set up, so don’t let the rain stop you from coming out and enjoying this Memorial Day with friends in the community.
Happy Friday all!! Saturday we will be in Big Stone at The Gathering in the Gap. We are hoping it does not rain all day. And if it does just bring your rain gear. But come see us and the other food trucks and listen to some good music and enjoy the festival. We will be there early. Usually we start selling pizzas around 11.
