Who wants some BBQ for Easter? Don't stress about cooking. Let us cook for you. Low and slow smoked Prime brisket. Beans, potato salad, coleslaw. Brisket is $25 per lb, vacuum sealed. Ready to heat slice and eat. Sides are $12 per qt which will yield about 4 servings. Deadline to order is Monday March 30th at 5 PM. Local pickup will be April 4th at 5 PM. Just finished a catering job. We have this 4 lb cut from the point, so it's a little on the fatty side that was leftover. I must say this is probably the most tender, flavorful brisket we have ever cooked. $80 if anyone is interested. I will even throw in some chocolate pecan cobbler.
